The arrows are winds (spinning counterclockwise and spiralling
inward around the low, spinning clockwise and diverging around the
high) that were drawn in lightly with a pencil. Using this the
winds were drawn in at Points 1, 2, and 3. Winds are blowing from
the NW at Point #1, from the SE at Point #2, and from the NW again at
Point #3. 20 knot winds are shown at Point #1, 30 knots at Point
#2, and only 10 knots at Point #3
The air at Point #2 is probably relatively warm because these winds are
coming from the south. The air at Points #1 and #3 is probably
colder because these winds blow from the north.
