1. Energy can only be converted from one form to another or transferred from one place to another.  It cannot be created or destroyed.
	2. Energy transfer is done from hot to cold
	3. Conduction is very efficient at interface between objects, but not very good over any distance.
	4. Convection is the movement of a cold or hot mass and thus is more effective than conduction over any great distance.
