Worst class ever.  No exaggeration. 
Teaching methods ineffective. 
Teacher quite rude, unorganized, rambles on, provides no clarifications in class. 
Would not suggest this teacher to any paying student. 
Also have a faculty member review his teaching methods, or fire the teacher, would improve this course.
