
There is more condensation than evaporation in the top
glass. The water vapor concentration will decrease. The
rate or amount of condensation depends on the water vapor
concentration. Eventually the water vapor concentration will
decrease enough that the rate of condensation will change from 2 arrows
to only 1 arrow. Equilibrium will be achieved at that point.
The air is saturated in the two bottom figures. The glass on the
left is warmer and contains more water vapor than the glass on the
right.
