This is a true story, I am not making this up.

This guy (gal?) nonchalantly walked into my kitchen Thusday night and grabbed this empty plastic container that was sitting next to the waste basket.  It used to have graham crackers in it (covered with cinnamon and sugar, yum).

I live about 3 miles NE of campus in midtown Tucson.  Up until the last month I had never seen a raccoon at my house (I've been there about 10 years) or anywhere else inside the city.  This is the 2nd time this guy has paid me a visit.

I put a little catfood on the wall just so he'd stick around and let me take his picture.
He really liked the catfood.

I know you're not supposed to feed "wild" animals like this.  I certainly don't want to encourage him to stay or even come back.  One day he'll figure out how to get into the house (if he hasn't done so already), and then I'll have a problem.
