This assignment will assure that you are familiar with the class website. The most important item on this page is the Grades Username field. Class Grades will be available as a table via the Grades Link. Your grade will be in a row labeled with the Grades Username you select. If you do not want other students in the class to know what your grades are, then please select a grades username that is not traceable to your actual name, student ID, or SSN.
Once you fill in your information and click on SUBMIT INFORMATION at the bottom
of the form, it will be sent
(by email) directly to Dr. Ward.
After submission, you should see a copy of the information you entered.
You will NOT receive a confirmation email. If you do not fill in a required field
in your form, an error message will appear in your browser instead of
a copy of your information. Fix the errors and click SUBMIT INFORMATION again.
After fixing any errors, Please
submit your information only ONCE. I get a new email each time
you hit submit.
