Course Objectives:
This course is intended to be a comprehensive survey of lightning, atmospheric electricity, and related phenomena in the earth's troposphere.  Theory, applications, and measurement techniques will all be discussed.  An effort will be made to tailor the choices and emphasis of topics to accommodate the interests and needs of the students.
